My name is Peggy Sue and I'm a 9 pound, 4 year old, female dachshund/chihuahua mix. I found myself locked up in dog jail, due to no fault of my own. An animal control officer found me scared and abandoned and took me to safety. It wasn’t long after my arrival at the shelter a nice lady from SCP came and took me to my new foster home. All safe and secure, I’m so grateful! Cuddles and kisses, oh I have so many to give. Do you have a lap for me to sit in, that’s my favorite place. Dogs, oh how I love other dogs, and kids they are great too. Paper and crate trained, I am. My house training skills are coming right along. Am I a perfect fit for your family? Come out and meet me.
Adopter for Peggy Sue must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home.
